Pablo's Promise

As a famous luchador, Pablo makes sure to eat well and stay fit. This is no different for the food in his restaurants. None of the Pablo Picante burrito bars or Pablo’s Torta House have freezers, microwaves or deep-fryers – all food is prepared fresh and slow-cooked or oven-roasted.

Along with this, all salsas, sauces and guacamoles are fresh-prepared by hand in Pablo’s kitchen.
